We created Manny so that the residents of Here would have a place to get things that The Manager and The Residence would not provide. This includes things such as weapons, books, technology, and other things such as information (history of Here anyone? How about information about other residents?). Little goes on in Here that Manny does not know about or at least have heard rumors about.
